If you need us to make a change to an existing Event Page (event listing) on PA-Vendors.com (or delete a page) – please use the form below. Visitors cannot make changes to our Websites – our team takes care of making changes based on the information provided to us. So be sure to give us enough information so we know which event to revise or delete.

We love offering free services for our visitors. But it takes resources to create a Webpage and its links for an event. We have operating expenses plus we pay our team members for the work they do. They are not volunteers! So please help us help you!
Please do not ask us to delete a page just because there are changes and then submit a new request to list the same event again. It is much easier (and less costly) for us to revise an existing page than it is to delete a page and all its links – only to turn around and make a new page for the same event and create all the links again.
Our Websites are not only used by vendors. Potential customers and shoppers use our Websites to find events to attend! So if vendor space is filled and you want to stop phone calls and/or emails from interested vendors, ask us to add a note to your page that vendor space is filled for the current year. That way shoppers will still know about your event!
We can no longer offer free event listing services to event planners who run numerous events on a continual basis (example: vendor set ups at bars, taverns, restaurants, bowling alleys, company cafeterias, etc. that are held multiple times a week, etc.) Those types of events are a huge strain on our limited resources and tend to create design issues. We will, of course, continue to offer free business listings for event planners in our Vendor & Business Directory section.
