Before filling out the form, please read our requirements for free events listings:

  • Events must take place in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Events must include vendors. Examples: artists, crafters, direct sales representatives, food vendors, flea marketers, antique dealers, collectors, exhibitors, businesses, services, organizations, etc. Generally these are individuals or businesses who set up a table or booth to display, promote and sell their products, merchandise, services.
  • Events must be open to the general public. Examples: art and craft shows, fairs, festivals, vendor fairs, trade shows, bridal shows, business expos, networking events, farmers markets, flea markets, antique shows, collector events, town-wide yard sales (not individual garage sales at private residences) and any other events with vendors.
  • PLEASE! Do NOT send us a flyer – or copy and paste your Webpage  into our form – and expect us to read through everything in order to write up a free listing FOR you! Reading through flyers and Websites is very time consuming for us; plus we could misinterpret something that could lead to errors. Help us help you! Please use our form which is designed to gather needed information in the proper sequence so we can create a separate page on PA-Vendors.com just for your event. We are trying to help you with promotion at no charge. Please be considerate! Thank you!
  • Sorry, but art gallery exhibits and their opening nights do not qualify for free event listings. Please submit art galleries as a one-time business listing only. (We love the arts, but trying to keep up with gallery events is much too time consuming for us. So sorry!)
  • Flyers, vendor applications, attachments, downloads, graphics, etc. are not provided for event listings.
  • We can no longer offer free event listing services to event planners who run multiple continuous events (example: vendor set ups at bars, taverns, restaurants, bowling alleys, company cafeterias, etc. that run multiple times a week, etc.) Those types of events are a huge strain on our very limited resources and tend to create some design issues. We will, of course, continue to offer free business listings for event planners in our Vendor & Business Directory section.

  • This is a family-friendly Website and we are Christians. Our God is AWESOME! In addition, our advertising affiliate has policies we must follow. Occasionally we may have to respectfully decline to post some events.

Also – believe it or not there are still quite a few people who do NOT use Facebook. Please provide alternate contact information besides asking potential vendors and customers to message you through Facebook.

Pennsylvania Event Listing - NEW

Form to submit a new event listing on PA-Vendors.com
  • Name of person submitting form (in case we have a question.)
  • Email address of person submitting this form (in case we have questions.)
  • Name of the event (for example: Spring Craft Show)
  • When does the event take place? Please provide full date including day(s), month, year (and time if needed.) Example: Saturday, October 14, 2017 - 10AM to 3PM. Recurring events (such as Farmers Markets) please give us the starting date and closing date (not just the month please.)
  • This is not required - only use if you care to do so. Please check the box that applies.
  • Not required - only use if you care to. If your event happens the same time each year (for example: the first Saturday in March, or the last weekend in October, etc.) please tell us in the box below.
  • If your event is held more than once a year, please give us the additional dates below. If the location and contact information is the same and only the dates change, then you won't have to fill out multiple forms! 🙂
  • WHERE will your event take place? Please provide details so vendors and shoppers can find it. Include venue name, street address, city, state, zip. The venue would be the location (like a fire hall, church, expo center, store, etc.) For example: ABC Center, 123 Main Street, Anycity PA 12345. If there is a separate GPS address, please include that as well.
  • Optional. If the place (venue) where your event will take place has a Website, please provide the link below. For example, if your event will be held at a hotel, restaurant or fire hall, a link to the Website for the hotel, restaurant or fire department would be helpful (but not required.)
  • Please provide the Pennsylvania COUNTY where the event takes place.
  • Please provide a description of the event. Sorry! We do not accept or provide flyers or applications for free listings. That service is reserved for display advertisers only.
  • Please select the types of vendors needed for the event. If any and all types of vendors are needed, just check the first box (there would then be no need to check any other boxes.)
  • Please provide contact information: NAME and EMAIL and PHONE is highly suggested (phone is optional.) *** NOTE! If you use "Message us on Facebook" please also include an Email address and/or phone number because not everyone uses Facebook. If proper contact information is not provided, the event will NOT be listed.
  • If there is a Website for the event, please provide a link below.
  • If there is a Facebook Page for the event, please provide the link below.
  • Optional. You can use this block for questions, instructions or comments to us - or if you need extra space to expand on another area of the form.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

We do not send verification emails. Please check back to see your listing.
Sorry, but if your event does not include vendors, it will not be listed.

UPDATES: We send emails asking for the next year’s date for all events posted on our Websites. If we do not receive a response to our email, we will assume the event will no longer be held and the event listing will be deleted.
