WHERE ARE THE EVENTS LISTED BY DATE FOR MY COUNTY?

Go to the Directory/Index Page for the county of your choice. Then click on BY DATE. We list events two different ways on the County Directories/Indexes – once by location so you can find all the events that happen in a particular town or city – then again by date. On each County Index you will see: Events are listed twice on this page – once BY LOCATION and again BY DATE. Click on BY DATE.

Events – UPDATES To Next Year’s Dates

Unfortunately there is no “magic date” that we can give you as to when our Events Pages will be updated to the next year.

Updating the events pages is not an automatic process. We update each event page individually to make sure that the event will run again next year and we do our best to re-verify all the information on the page. This is not an easy process with more than 3700 events. It sometimes takes a while for event planners to update their Websites and/or answer our emails and phone calls since they may not have dates finalized yet.

We try to indicate on our individual Events Pages when an event usually takes place (such as the first Saturday in April or the last Sunday in October, etc. etc.) We also provide Website and/or Facebook links as well as contact information. This way if you visit our page for an event and we have not yet updated the page, you might be able to figure out the new date on your own by using the information and links we have provided.

And we do not send out mass emails when pages get updated because we work on updating our Events Pages every day, all day. With  more than 2 million visitors a year, sending out emails and notifications when pages are updated would be an enormous task that would have to be done so often that people would get annoyed by our continual updates. So the best we can suggest is to put us in your “favorites” and check back often for the new events and updates that we add to our Websites on a regular basis.

You can check for events quickly three different ways:

  1. By County – By Location
    * PA EVENTS INDEX – then click on the county of your choice.
    * Once you are on the page for the county of your choice, then check the listings towards the top of the page BY LOCATION (in alphabetical order by town or city)
  2. By County – By Date
    * PA EVENTS INDEX – then click on the county of your choice
    * Once you are on the page for the county of your choice, then check the listings starting towards the middle of the page BY DATE (in date order – January to December.)
  3. By Month / By Date – Statewide
    * EVENTS IN PA BY MONTH – then click on the month of your choice. You will then see all the events listed on PA-Vendors for that month – first in date order, then each date is in alphabetical order by town or city (with the county included.) This is helpful when looking for events to fill a particular time slot opening on your calendar; and you are willing to travel to more than one county. So if you are looking for an event to participate at on the 10th of October, go to the October Index, scroll down to 10/10 and you’ll see all the events happening on that day in alphabetical order by town or city (throughout the state.) We include the county with the listing so you can decide if it’s close enough to travel to.

You might also want to check our Websites for New Jersey and Delaware and Maryland (they are set up the same way.)

Sorry we can’t make things any more convenient. Unfortunately we are not a big company with lots of money to spend on a big staff of high-salaried technicians. We are just stay-at-home moms (and grandmothers) doing our best to help the vendors, event planners and small businesses.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT PA-VENDORS?

Please note! PA-Vendors is an online event guide – we are NOT the official Website for ANY event – nor are we the contact for any event! We are just a Website that lists events – we do not host or run events. The best way to get information to us is to use our forms:

  • To submit a NEW event listing – use our form: CLICK HERE
  • To request a revision to (or deletion of) an existing event listing (page) use our form: CLICK HERE
  • To submit a NEW business listing (or to request a revision to an existing listing) use our form: CLICK HERE.
  • You can also get to these forms by using the navigation bar that is located at the top of each of our pages and say SUBMIT EVENT or SUBMIT BUSINESS.

CALENDARS & MAPS:

December 2019 CalendarCalendars: If you are on one of our pages for an event you will usually see a calendar in front of the WHEN (the date the event takes place.)
If you click on the calendar you will go directly to that month’s Index Page.
For example, if you see an October calendar and you click on it, your browser will take you directly to the October Events in PA Index page; if you click on a November calendar you will be directed to the November Events Index, and so on.

This is a map of Pennsylvania with Allegheny County highlighted - go ahead and click on it if you want. Use your browsers back button to come back to this page.Maps – County: If you are on one of our pages for an event you will usually see a Map of Pennsylvania in front of the WHERE (the location of the event.) The county where the event takes place will be highlighted in red. If you click on the map you will go directly to that county’s Index Page. (Well, YOU won’t go there, but your computer’s browser will! LOL!) For example, if you are on one of our Event’s Pages for an event that takes place in Allegheny County – if you click on the PA map, it will take you to our Allegheny County PA Events Index. We highlight the county in red so our visitors will know what part of PA counties are located. (Some counties are small and it may be hard to see the red – such as Philadelphia County – so you might have to look close.)

Small version of the Pennsylvania Map showing its Counties - click on this will take you to our EVENTS BY COUNTY page where you will find a larger version.Map of Pennsylvania with County Names: If you go to our Events in PA by County Index, you will find a larger version of a map of Pennsylvania with all the county names on it.
There are links for each county. If you click on the county name, you can go directly to that county’s Index Page where you will find all the events we have listed for that county – two different ways! (1) In alphabetical order by city or town where the event takes place; and (2) if you scroll down the page a little, you’ll find those same events listed again in date order!

SITE MAP: Pa-Vendors has approximately 4,000 pages. Navigation can be a challenge.

OTHER STATES:

Pennsylvania is our home state and our original Website. I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and now live in the Pittsburgh area so I understand that just because I may live in Pennsylvania, I am not that far from other states that border PA. So we also offer Websites similar to PA-Vendors for some of the states that border PA: New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

Delaware: DE-Vendors.com
Maryland: MD-Vendors.com
New Jersey: NJ-Vendors.com

FACEBOOK:

Yes, we have a Facebook Page (Facebook.com/PaVendors) but we DO NOT USE IT! We have found that with the type of information we provide, it works much better on a Website than on Facebook. And we are so busy with our Websites that we do not have much time to tend to a Facebook Page. If we were selling something or had a store, then a Facebook Page would be great. But we provide information about thousands of events and businesses so trying to organize that information on a Facebook Page just doesn’t work very well. We cannot permit people to post events on our Facebook Page because suppose the event has a change? Who then becomes responsible for fixing the information on our Facebook Page? Can you imagine trying to scroll through 4000 events on a Facebook Page? It would take forever. So please, please use our Websites!

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF:

We provide our Websites to make it easier for vendors and shoppers to find events with vendors. We do not provide any guarantees. We do not review events or guarantee that participation in any event listed on our Website(s) will be profitable – nor do we guarantee that any event will have a certain number of shoppers. We cannot even guarantee that an event will actually take place as we may not be notified of a cancellation. We do our best to provide the essential information such as when, where, a brief description, contact information, and a Website and/or Facebook Page (when available.) It is responsibility of the vendor, business or shopper to decide whether or not to participate as a vendor or to shop at any event. PA-Vendors.com, LLC and it’s Websites or its associates are not responsible for the planning, success, result, outcome or consequence of any event.

Please allow us to have our right to have Christian beliefs and principles if we need to respectfully decline to post certain events or businesses that go against biblical teachings.
