Derry Railroad Days – Railroad Festival Days
WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, September 17 & 18, 2016
NOTE: Hobo Picnic is usually held the Thursday before the Festival.
Derry Railroad Days is an annual event that usually begins the third Thursday of September with the Hobo Picnic and the festival beginning on Saturday.
WHERE: Derry PA Business District,
Corner of East Second Avenue
and South Chestnut Street, Derry PA 15627

Located off Route 30 East – take Route 217 to Downtown Derry PA – approximately 3 miles.
- Thursday – Hobo Picnic at Derry Station Railroad Heritage Park beside the Caboose Museum & Gift Shop in downtown Derry.
- Saturday – Derry Railroad Days kicks off with a Parade down Route 217 starting at 10AM. Free entertainment stage, food booths, craft vendors and more from 11AM to 7PM.
- Sunday – The festival will continue Sunday from Noon to 5PM with free musical entertainment, food booths and craft vendors.
Arts and crafts vendors wanted.
Direct sales vendors wanted (home party vendors.)
Food vendors wanted (food trucks, concessionaires, etc.)
Antique and collectible dealers wanted.
Other vendors wanted (businesses, companies, services, organizations, non-profits, etc.)
Entertainment vendors wanted – entertainment is needed (music, magicians, clowns, etc.)
Don’t forget to visit our “2-Cabooses Railroad Museum” filled with interesting railroading artifacts.
