DESCRIPTION: The City of Philadelphia (Parks and Recreation), Creative Performing Arts of Philadelphia, and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), will be hosting the annual Health and Sports Festival Community Event.
The day will be filled with demonstrations, games, giveaway, food and so much more. This event will include: education, health and wellness, sports,family resources, jobs, careers, business opportunities, and back to school supplies that will benefit the community. We are a family that extends beyond the office, to permeate society as a whole.
This event will be supported as a back to school event. All academic and educational professionals providing comprehensive information related to financial aid, course selections, internship programs, SAT and ACT assistance will be provided. Also display tables are allowed to set up booths free of charge. The intent is to provide this event with information and services that benefits our communities.
How can your organization help? We are seeking sponsorship or in-kind donations to supplement these events. Your generosity will be recognized and promoted throughout our event by donating the following items, food, personal care products, raffle items, books, pencils, backpacks, crayons, gift cards, water, juices, arts and craft you would promote our efforts to keep this event free to all participants. Your support will also promote good sportsmanship and good citizenship within surrounding areas and communities, The City of Philadelphia (Parks and Recreation), Creative Performing Arts of Philadelphia, and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) are committed to serving the needs of our community specifically with helping families and children of all ages.
