The Reading Fairgrounds are located off Route 183 North, on County Welfare Road in Bern Township PA – 5 traffic lights past the Reading Airport.
DESCRIPTION: The Reading Fair takes place in August every year. It highlights the farming and agricultural community in Berks County PA and provides a week long atmosphere for the entire family to enjoy farm and agricultural events, fair rides and musical entertainment, track events and good Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, plus a salute to our Military on opening day.
The Reading Fair is the second oldest fair in the state of Pennsylvania.
It’s a family event – only $10 per person admission which gets you parking, all the rides, free musical entertainment and track events.
The Reading Fair is an annual event sponsored by The Agricultural & Horticultural Association of Berks County.
